1.1 About the Platform

qqee is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, slots, sports betting, and other entertainment services.

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between qqee and its users. By registering on the platform or using any of its services, you agree to comply with these conditions.

1.2 Applicable Law

Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country when using the qqee platform. qqee does not provide any specific legal advice, and users access these services of their own free will.

In the event of any ambiguity in a translation, the English version of this agreement shall be considered the definitive text for interpretation and enforcement.

1.3 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the qqee website, its mobile version, and all pages and applications under it.

"User" refers to any person who is registered on the qqee platform or is browsing it.

"Account" refers to a user's registered profile through which they access qqee's services.

2.1 Age Verification

To register an account on qqee, the user must be at least 21 years old. The platform may request a national identity card or other government-issued document at any time to verify age.

If age cannot be verified, or if the user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 User Eligibility

A person will be considered ineligible to use the qqee platform if any one of the following conditions applies:

• Under 21 years of age.
• Previously had an account closed or permanently banned by qqee.
• Enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
• An employee of qqee or an immediate family member of one.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses may be cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be complete, truthful, and accurate. If an account is opened with false information, qqee reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

If any details change, the user is responsible for updating them promptly through support.

3.3 Password & Security

Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. If unauthorised access is suspected, change your password immediately and notify qqee support. qqee is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qqee supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major commercial banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

Funds sent via any method not listed above will not be accepted and may not be refundable.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
• It is recommended that the deposit payment method and the withdrawal method be the same.
• If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious activity, qqee may request additional verification.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the qqee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits in foreign currency may be converted at the applicable exchange rate and associated fees may apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

qqee offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount will be added to the account as a bonus balance.

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳10,000 or more deposited → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, qqee reserves the right to cancel any bonus.
• qqee reserves the right to change the terms of promotions.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on the qqee platform are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and transparent results. qqee maintains a secure gaming environment through fair play and SSL encryption.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error in any game or service causes a problem with results or payouts, qqee reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the amount wagered. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection, the system will automatically attempt to restore the last valid state.

6.3 Collusion & Fraud

Colluding with other players, placing automated bets using software, or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or circulation of illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in the name of or using the funds of a third party.
• Hacking, phishing, or any attempt at a cyberattack.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Using qqee's intellectual property without permission.
• Harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

8.1 Data Collection & Use

8.2 Security Measures

qqee uses SSL encryption technology to protect all transactions and personal information. Our security systems are regularly updated to ensure user data remains protected at all times.

8.3 KYC Verification

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

10.2 Liability for Gaming Losses

Losing in games or losing money on bets is a normal part of the gaming experience. qqee is not liable in any way for such losses. The user bears full responsibility for their own financial decisions.

10.3 Third-Party Content

Games from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, etc.) are operated on the qqee platform. The respective provider is responsible for the content, rules, or technical issues of these games.

11.1 Suspension by qqee

qqee reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

11.2 Closure by the User
